Everyday it seems more and more mobile apps are pushing out updates that are taking advantage of the holiday this month, Halloween. Just a few from the past days have been Worms 3 and Bad Piggies. Now, joining the mix is Gameloft’s game, Despicable Me. This update for mobile game Despicable Me takes the general look of the endless runner and decks everything out in spooky attire, both the minions and the setting.
Specifically the update seems to be only cosmetic with the Halloween theme and nothing too game changing like another mode. The course you normally do your endless running on, Gru’s Residential District, is now decorated like any suburban neighborhood around this time. In addition the minions have costume choices ranging from vampires to hunters. Really, Gameloft is just getting in the Halloween spirit with this update and it adds a bit of fun and spice to everything so I say good job. If you’re into endless runners I would suggest you try out Despicable Me, available for free on Android.
