Sarah Northway Seeks Funding For Rebuild: Gangs of Deadsville

When it comes to zombie themed games the Rebuild series from Sarah Northway is top tier and always places high in countdown lists. As of now there is two Rebuild games although only one for mobile but that is hopefully going to change. A third installment for mobile devices as well for PC and Mac is in the works and seeking help over on Kickstarter. This latest installment is called Rebuild: Gangs of Deadsville and it promises to be bigger and better than both previous Rebuild games combined. To give a hint at the scale of it all, Northway mentions she’s already worked on Rebuild: Gangs of Deadsville more than the previous two Rebuild games combined and is only half way done.

With the last Rebuild game getting so much critical acclaim and praise you may be wondering what Rebuild: Gangs of Deadsville is going to bring new to the table. Sarah Northway doesn’t go into much detail about it but does have a list of new features that already are getting my heart pounding. These include NPC forts that you can trade with, ally with, or go to war with each with leaders that have their own personalities, stories and background. The campaign this time around takes you from a small town to the big city with an option to play in real time giving you a more fast paced natural experience. There is of course new events and stories to keep you busy along with a whole new drag and drop interface. In fact the whole workings of the politics and priorities of your fort as well as research methods, skills and missions have been overhauled. Another huge overhaul is the graphics. This time around a lot of time and effort is being spent in the graphical department taking it to a whole new unique style. Honestly the original Rebuild game was so epic that just reading about this makes me want it so bad. If you’re like me then head over to the Kickstarter page for Rebuild: Gangs of Deadsville and help fund it’s $25,000 goal.
