To celebrate 50 years of X-Men, Aeria Mobile, published a new game called X-Men: Battle of the Atom. The game is similar to recent super hero centered games where you collect characters in a pseudo card game and battle through comic book storylines.
This means that in X-Men: Battle of the Atom you can play as (or collect and use) characters such as Wolverine, Storm, Iceman, and more. In fact there are hundreds of characters you can collect from past and present X-Men comics. What is even cooler is you can have epic 20 vs 20 battles with your fantasy X-Men team. The story behind X-Men: Battle of the Atom is they are using time travel to call on allies from the past but in doing so they open up a loophole also unleashing the most evil villains of all time. This story takes place over 45 missions and uses classic comic book storylines. X-Men: Battle of the Atom features original art by Marvel artists and story writing by James Asmus. In general, X-Men: Battle of the Atom is a great app to celebrate!
