I remember bemoaning the lack of games in the Android ecosystem back in 2011, when I got my first Android device — quality games were few and far apart, and iOS seemed to be getting all the love from developers.

Android may have yet another disappointing year in terms of matching the game releases on the iOS platform, but that’s not to say we haven’t witnessed great games on the platform.

It’s human nature to laugh till it hurts when you watch someone take a tumble… and no, it’s not just me — there are actual TV game shows based on this very premise.
