At the beginning of this year, we told you about a roguelike survival game Skyhill that Russian indie developers Mandragora Team were working on. The developers have just kickstarted their game on Indegogo and are looking for $15K to fund their game development.
The game is all about surviving a biological catastrophe that has turned people around the world into some kind of beastly mutants. You play the main protagonist who is stuck in the penthouse of the Skyhill hotel and must go out in search of other survivors like you. The trouble is that everyone in your hotel is now hunting for your blood and with the elevators turned off, you must risk the stairs and other dangers that lie within the hotel before you get to safety.
There are several playable characters in the game and you can pick any one of them when you get started. There are plenty of exploratory activities and scavenging and crafting of items looks like a lot of fun too. In order to ensure that you never feel like you’re exploring the same suites and corridors over and over again, the game offers randomly generated levels.
There is plenty of mystery too and if you’re one who loves to uncover the truth while working to stay alive, you might want to see Skyhill come to life on your Android.
