GTA: San Andreas, the third game in the Grand Theft Auto series, is making a comeback, this time on Android devices. Rockstar Games have just made the announcement that the mobile friendly remastered version of the game will be coming to select Android devices this December.
The publishers want to make San Andreas the best looking GTA on mobile and are making every effort in that direction. The game’s graphics are set to get a big boost with enriched textures, greater draw distances, and detailed shadows. The characters and car models will also be getting some major enhancements. As far as the controls are concerned players will get to try their hands on touch controls with contextual options. That means players can choose the display buttons only when needed. There will be three control schemes for driving and a reworked checkpoint system for easier game progression. Players also get the privilege of full controller support including the capability on iOS 7.
Rockstar hasn’t given us an exact date of release but be assured that the release will be happening within the next few weeks. Are you excited about heading back to the 90’s with CJ and the gang?
