Anybody who has played a Noodlecake Studios game will know by now that the guys from Canada have quite the thing for pixelated games. Dream of Pixels, Punch Quest, League of Evil,…and now their latest launch Random Heroes. This game isn’t exactly a fresh new release considering iPhone owners have been having a go at it for over a year now. Developed by Ravenous Games, this game has finally been ported on to Android by Noodlecake Studios, and none too soon.
When two punk kids accidentally trip over a stone in a cemetery they open up a portal to another dimension, causing a monster invasion. In this side scrolling action platformer, players must take on the role of random heroes and defeat the monsters. Random Heroes promises to be an explosive action packed game with loads of weapons, over 40 levels and 24 character roles to help take on the monsters.
The game has also been optimized for tablets and smartphones, so it should look and play great no matter which device you choose to use. Google Play Game Services integration is available for players who like to show off their achievements to the world.
Random Heroes is available on the Play Store for $0.99, a pretty cool price for a game that’s been well received on the iOS platform.
