Another empire or city building game has just been released to whet your city planning appetite. The game is called Desert Tycoon by a new developer called Lumba in which it seems you can make your own fictional Dubai. You step into the shoes of an Arabian businessman and are tasked with building your dream city in the Arabian emirate of Abu Lumba.
As per usual you start from the bottom and work your way to the top. Along the way you’ll need to worry about real estate, business, energy, and tourism assets. The need to balance these will be your challenge but also where the fun is at. Desert Tycoon features lots of different buildings to build, both functional and decorative. While Desert Tycoon does look like just another empire building game it may be worth a shot as it looks very polished and I always like to give relatively new developers a chance to prove themselves.
